If you live outside the non EU currencies , and have a foreign currency credit card, the Euro amount will be charged to your card using your provider’s current exchange rates. Please remember that buy/sell exchange rates can be different depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your credit card statement may be slightly different to the converted invoiced amount. Credit card companies may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please contact your credit card provider directly for their terms and conditions.
All orders are shipped within 3 days of receiving full payment. We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Recipients of orders shipped to other countries are responsible for complying with local tax laws.
Sopopular takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. Returns are based strictly on the following reasons, *Wrong Size *Wrong Item Shipped or *Defective Item. When returning your product, include a note of the reason on a copy of your packing slip / invoice. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
If you were to receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we may not authorize your return or exchange. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include a copy of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
